How do I file a claim for my lost, damaged or stolen package?

If you have purchased KURU Shipping Protection & 60-Day Returns and your order is lost, damaged, or stolen, contact us at gurus@kurufootwear.com or call (877) 211-5878 to file a claim. All qualified claims placed within 10 business days from when the shipping tracking number is “delivered” will receive a replacement order at no additional cost.
